Chicken Tet
Super easy real D chicken tet ready in 30 minutes
Ingredients
- chicken
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- sugar
- white pepper
- corn starch
- baking soda
- onion
- spring onions
- carrot
- cabbage
- bell peppers
- garlic
- light soy sauce
- dark soy sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- water
- noodles
Instructions
- Thinly slice the chicken
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, corn starch, and baking soda
- Mix marinade well and marinate for 15 minutes
- Prepare vegetables: thinly slice onion, chop spring onions, slice carrot, chop cabbage and peppers, finely chop garlic
- Prepare sauce ingredients: light soy, dark soy, sugar, sesame oil, white pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and water
- Boil noodles for 3 to 4 minutes or according to packet instructions
- Drain noodles and rinse with cold water
- Over medium-high heat, sauté the marinated chicken and set aside
- Stir fry garlic and onion for a few seconds
- Add carrot, bell peppers, and cabbage
- Add cooked noodles and stir fry sauce
- Add cooked chicken back to the pan
- Toss everything well
- Finish with spring onions
