Super easy real D chicken tet ready in 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • chicken
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • sugar
  • white pepper
  • corn starch
  • baking soda
  • onion
  • spring onions
  • carrot
  • cabbage
  • bell peppers
  • garlic
  • light soy sauce
  • dark soy sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • water
  • noodles

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the chicken
  2. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, corn starch, and baking soda
  3. Mix marinade well and marinate for 15 minutes
  4. Prepare vegetables: thinly slice onion, chop spring onions, slice carrot, chop cabbage and peppers, finely chop garlic
  5. Prepare sauce ingredients: light soy, dark soy, sugar, sesame oil, white pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and water
  6. Boil noodles for 3 to 4 minutes or according to packet instructions
  7. Drain noodles and rinse with cold water
  8. Over medium-high heat, sauté the marinated chicken and set aside
  9. Stir fry garlic and onion for a few seconds
  10. Add carrot, bell peppers, and cabbage
  11. Add cooked noodles and stir fry sauce
  12. Add cooked chicken back to the pan
  13. Toss everything well
  14. Finish with spring onions
