Banana Cocoa Cake
A quick and easy banana cake with cocoa, cooked on stovetop
Ingredients
- 20 g butter
- 20 g sugar
- 2 bananas or plantains
- 1 egg
- 50 g sugar
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 50 ml oil
- 100 ml milk
- 130 g wheat flour
- 20 g cocoa
- 8 g baking powder
Instructions
- Heat butter and sugar (20g each) over medium-low heat until caramelized
- Add the bananas to the caramelized butter and sugar
- Mix together egg, sugar (50g), vanilla sugar, oil, and milk
- Combine wheat flour, cocoa, and baking powder
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together
- Cover and cook over very low heat for 15-20 minutes
- Turn over and cook for 5 more minutes
