Potato and Sausage Patties with Garlic Sour Cream Sauce

Crispy fried potato and sausage patties served with a creamy garlic and paprika sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 sausages
  • onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 50 g cheese
  • butter
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • dill

Instructions

  1. Add water to the potatoes and carrot and cook until the water boils
  2. Season with salt and cook until the vegetables are soft
  3. Mix the cooked potatoes and vegetables with eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs, and chopped onions and garlic
  4. Mix well to combine
  5. Form the mixture into patties and add cooked sausages to the center
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a pan
  7. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown
  8. For the sauce: combine sour cream, garlic cloves, paprika, mayonnaise, dill, salt and black pepper
  9. Mix the sauce ingredients well until the perfect sauce is ready
  10. Serve the patties with the garlic sour cream sauce
