Potato and Sausage Patties with Garlic Sour Cream Sauce
Crispy fried potato and sausage patties served with a creamy garlic and paprika sauce
Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- 4 sausages
- onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 50 g cheese
- butter
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
- parsley
- salt
- black pepper
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- dill
Instructions
- Add water to the potatoes and carrot and cook until the water boils
- Season with salt and cook until the vegetables are soft
- Mix the cooked potatoes and vegetables with eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs, and chopped onions and garlic
- Mix well to combine
- Form the mixture into patties and add cooked sausages to the center
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan
- Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown
- For the sauce: combine sour cream, garlic cloves, paprika, mayonnaise, dill, salt and black pepper
- Mix the sauce ingredients well until the perfect sauce is ready
- Serve the patties with the garlic sour cream sauce
