Sri Lankan Beef Curry
An intensely spiced Sri Lankan beef curry made with Jaffna curry powder, coconut milk, and traditional aromatics. Known for its heat and complex flavors.

Instructions
- Marinate the beef with chili powder, curry powder, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes
- Heat oil and add onions, garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves
- Add cumin, cinnamon, cardamom and other spices to the aromatics
- Add the marinated beef to the pan
- Cook until the beef is tender, allowing the fat from the meat to render into the curry
- Add coconut milk to finish the curry
- Simmer until fully cooked and flavors are combined
