- 3 lb salmon fillet
- 100 whole garlic cloves, peeled
- 0.25 cup white miso
- 0.25 cup soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 stalks scallions
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.

- Place the 3 lb salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a baking dish.
