Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cup chicken breast
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp parsley
- nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
- In a skillet, sauté onion until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt.
- Add cooked spaghetti, chicken, bacon, onion, garlic, and parsley to the bowl. Mix until evenly coated.
- Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie dish and press lightly into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
