  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cup chicken breast
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a skillet, sauté onion until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti, chicken, bacon, onion, garlic, and parsley to the bowl. Mix until evenly coated.
  6. Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie dish and press lightly into an even layer.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.

  10. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
