Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 110 g butter
- 1 egg
- 80 g white sugar
- 80 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 80 g Greek yogurt
- 170 g plain flour
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- salt
- 150 g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin.
- Mix butter and sugars. Stir in egg, bananas, yogurt, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients, then stir through chocolate chips.
- Pour into the tin, top with extra chocolate chips, and bake for 45 minutes.
