  • 55 g milk
  • 10 g unsalted butter, melted
  • salt
  • 1 potato
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • mozzarella cheese
  • honey
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add milk and melted butter, then knead until smooth (8–10 minutes).
  3. Cover and rest for about 1 hour in the fridge.
  4. Peel and boil the potato until soft.
  5. Mash potato until smooth.
  6. Add garlic powder and salt to mashed potato. Mix in mayonnaise until creamy.
  7. Roll dough into a flat round (about 22 cm).
  8. Add a layer of mozzarella, then place the potato mixture in the center.
  9. Add more mozzarella on top.
  10. Fold, seal tightly, and gently flatten.
  11. Heat a pan with a little butter over low–medium heat.
  12. Cook until both sides are golden and the cheese melts inside.
  13. Brush with garlic butter (butter + garlic + parsley) on both sides while hot.
  14. Drizzle honey on top before serving.
