  • 4 units tortilla wraps
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast
  • 1 unit bell pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken with taco seasoning, sliced bell pepper, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. Lightly brush the tortilla wraps with olive oil and press them into a muffin tin to form cups.
