Cheesy Chicken Taco Cups
Crispy tortilla cups filled with tender chicken, fresh greens, and topped with bubbling cheese, these taco cups are a delightful combination of flavor and texture, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 4 units tortilla wraps
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast
- 1 unit bell pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cup fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken with taco seasoning, sliced bell pepper, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Lightly brush the tortilla wraps with olive oil and press them into a muffin tin to form cups.
- Fill each tortilla cup with the chicken mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve with sour cream and garnish with chopped cilantro.
