Tortilla Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 pieces flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Step 3: Sprinkle a mixture of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the sauce, followed by pepperoni slices and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
- Step 4: Carefully roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 5: Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil to promote browning and crispiness.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Step 7: Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then slice into pinwheels or serve whole.
