- 1 chicken breast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp seasoning salt

- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 loaf Italian or French bread
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1.25 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 0.25 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup butter
- 1 garlic clove
- 1.5 tbsp parsley
Instructions
- Cover the chicken with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, seasoning salt, salt, and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat until crispy and fully cooked, then chop into pieces.
- In the same pan, sauté chopped garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute, then slowly whisk in the heavy cream.
- Add the paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, onion powder, and seasoning salt.
- Let simmer until thick and creamy, then stir in the mozzarella cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, roasted garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Spread the garlic butter over the bread, spoon on the Alfredo sauce, add cheese, and top with the chopped chicken.
- Drizzle with more Alfredo sauce if desired.
- Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
