  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 g Sweet paprika
  • 1 g Hops and suneli (Khmeli suneli)
  • 70 g Greek yogurt
  • 7 g Dill
  • 2 g Garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil water and add salt and vinegar
  2. Place eggs in a sieve and poach in the boiling water for 3 minutes
  3. Mix Greek yogurt with dill, garlic, salt, and pepper
  4. Melt butter and add paprika, hops and suneli, and chili flakes
  5. Plate the poached eggs and top with the yogurt sauce
  6. Drizzle the spiced butter over the eggs
  7. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with fried bread
