Smoky Chipotle Rib Rub
A bold and smoky rib rub featuring chipotle powder and smoked paprika for deep, complex flavor.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Chipotle Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Chili Powder
- 0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Mustard Powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Apply generously to ribs before cooking, pressing the rub into the meat to adhere.
- Allow the rub to rest on the meat for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.
