Creamy & Savory Parmesan-Garlic Sauce
A rich, tangy, and herbaceous parmesan-garlic sauce made with mayonnaise, shredded parmesan, fresh garlic, and herbs. Perfect as a dipping sauce or condiment.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 0.5 tsp coarse black pepper
- 0.25 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Measure out 1 cup of mayonnaise and add it to a medium mixing bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese to the bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic to the mixture.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh parsley.
- Season with 1/2 teaspoon of coarse black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt, adjusting to taste.
- Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice for tang.
- Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- Whisk or stir all ingredients together until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer to a jar or serving dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
