Volcano Chicken

Ingredients
- 4.000 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1.000 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 0.500 cup hot sauce
- 0.250 cup honey
- 2.000 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2.000 cloves garlic
- 1.000 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 0.500 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1.000 tablespoon cornstarch
- fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, whisk together the hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth.
- Once the chicken is seared, pour the volcano sauce over the chicken, making sure to coat each piece evenly.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
