  • 100 g Green beans
  • 100 g Green peas
  • 10 g Garlic
  • Cilantro
  • 250 g Quinoa

  • 0.5 tsp Dried ginger
  • 1 Lime
  • 1.8 L Broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting into pieces if needed
  2. Chop the onion, celery, and garlic
  3. Heat broth in a large pot and add chicken pieces
  4. Add chopped onion, celery, and garlic to the broth
  5. Add quinoa to the pot with the optimal amount of 1.8 liters of broth
  6. Season with cumin, chili, and dried ginger
  7. Add green beans and green peas to the soup
  8. Simmer until chicken is cooked through and quinoa is tender
  9. Finish with fresh cilantro and lime juice before serving
