This authentic Portuguese Cacoila is a deeply flavorful stewed beef dish that combines tender meat with aromatic garlic, paprika, and white wine for a rich, savory sauce. The beef is marinated overnight to develop complex flavors, then slow-cooked until fall-apart tender. Traditionally served with crusty bread or in rolls, this rustic comfort dish showcases the classic Portuguese love of bold spices and wine-based cooking.
