Ingredients

  • 2 8-inch tortillas
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 12 g minced garlic
  • 15 g butter
  • 40 g bacon
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • sriracha sauce
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 25 g onion
  • 20 g jalapeño
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • black pepper
  • 15 g mayonnaise
  • 20 g condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tomato salsa by dicing cherry tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño. Mix together with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the mayo sauce by mixing mayonnaise with condensed milk. Set aside.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with milk and salt.
  5. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and scramble gently until soft and cooked through.
  7. Warm the tortillas in a pan or over heat to make them pliable.
  8. Spread mayo sauce on each tortilla.
  9. Add scrambled eggs, bacon pieces, and cheddar cheese to the center of each tortilla.
  10. Top with tomato salsa and a drizzle of sriracha sauce.
  11. Fold the tortilla into a burrito shape and serve immediately.
