Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken pieces
- 2 lemons
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0.25 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey (or sugar), salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well, ensuring they are coated evenly.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the sliced lemons at the bottom of a baking dish.
