Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Fresh lemons
- 0.25 cup Red wine vinegar
- 3.5 African Bird's Eye (Piri Piri) chilies
- 1 tbsp Fresh garlic
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Olive oil
Instructions
- Juice the fresh lemons and collect the zest, setting both aside
