Ingredients

  • 4 Hot dog buns
  • 4 Sausages
  • 100 g Hard cheese or mozzarella
  • 100 g Processed cheese
  • 100 g Pickled cucumbers
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 150 g Corn

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup (chili ketchup recommended for heat), mustard, and chopped pickled cucumbers together to make the first sauce.
  2. Place processed cheese and the first sauce into the hot dog buns.
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the buns for crispness.
  4. Score the sausages and pan-fry them on a skillet until cooked through.
  5. Remove the hot dog buns from the oven and place the cooked sausages inside.
  6. For the second sauce, lightly pan-fry the corn, then add both types of cheese (mozzarella and processed cheese) and cook until melted together.
  7. Top the hot dogs with the cheese-corn sauce and serve immediately.
