Juicy Hot Dog with Cheesy Corn Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 4 Sausages
- 100 g Hard cheese or mozzarella
- 100 g Processed cheese
- 100 g Pickled cucumbers
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 150 g Corn
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup (chili ketchup recommended for heat), mustard, and chopped pickled cucumbers together to make the first sauce.
- Place processed cheese and the first sauce into the hot dog buns.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the buns for crispness.
- Score the sausages and pan-fry them on a skillet until cooked through.
- Remove the hot dog buns from the oven and place the cooked sausages inside.
- For the second sauce, lightly pan-fry the corn, then add both types of cheese (mozzarella and processed cheese) and cook until melted together.
- Top the hot dogs with the cheese-corn sauce and serve immediately.
