  • 3 Big Carrots
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g Low Fat Grated Cheese
  • 150 g Lean Ground Beef (5% Fat)
  • 2 Low Fat Cheese Slices
  • 1 Small Avocado

Instructions

  1. Grate the 3 big carrots and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a bowl, combine the grated carrots, lean ground beef, 2 eggs, and 50g grated cheese. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and form into burger patties.
  4. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
