- 3 Big Carrots
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g Low Fat Grated Cheese
- 150 g Lean Ground Beef (5% Fat)
- 2 Low Fat Cheese Slices
- 1 Small Avocado
Instructions
- Grate the 3 big carrots and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, combine the grated carrots, lean ground beef, 2 eggs, and 50g grated cheese. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and form into burger patties.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
