Spicy Chicken Barra

Ingredients
- 700 g Boneless chicken
- 1 cup Fried onion
- 1 cup Curd (yogurt)
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Green chillies
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- 0.25 tsp Turmeric powder
- 0.25 tsp Garam masala
- 0.5 Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Fresh cream
- 1 handful Coriander leaves
- 1 handful Onion rings
Instructions
- Cut boneless chicken into pieces
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and green chillies
- Add coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala to the yogurt mixture
- Add kashmiri red chilli powder and black pepper powder to the marinade
- Add lemon juice, salt, and dry fenugreek leaves to the mixture
- Add fresh cream to the marinade
- Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture
- Add fried onions to the marinated chicken
- Mix well and cook until chicken is tender and fully cooked
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and onion rings
- Serve hot
