  • 100 g Soba (buckwheat noodles)
  • 1 Green onions
  • 70 g Ham
  • 1 Chicken egg
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • Paprika
  • Chili
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the soba noodles according to package directions until tender
  2. Drain and rinse the cooked noodles with cold water to cool them completely
