Baked Cheese and Vegetable Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb ground meat
- 2 eggs
- 1 carrot
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
- Melt the butter from the baking bag in boiling water
- Put minced meat into the bag
- Crack two eggs and add to the bag
- Peel one carrot, grate on coarse grater, and put into the bag
- Remove seeds from one red bell pepper, cut into small cubes, and put into the bag
- Peel one potato, grate on coarse grater, and add to the bag
- Peel one onion and grate it into the bag
- Add a few finely chopped garlic cloves
- Grate cheddar cheese and put it into the bag
- Rinse parsley in a bowl of water, finely chop, and add to the bag
- Add cream cheese to the bag
- Season with sweet paprika, black pepper, and salt
- Tie the baking bag and mix all ingredients well
- Put the mixture onto an egg carton and cut cheese into cubes
- Make indentations in the meat mixture and fill all indentations with cheese
- Cover with baking paper and turn over onto the table
- Cut into equal pieces
- Grease a baking tray lined with baking paper with vegetable oil
- Put all the slices in the tray
- Bake for 45 minutes at 375°F (190°C) until golden and cooked through
