Baked Cheese and Vegetable Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • baking paper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter from the baking bag in boiling water
  2. Put minced meat into the bag
  3. Crack two eggs and add to the bag
  4. Peel one carrot, grate on coarse grater, and put into the bag
  5. Remove seeds from one red bell pepper, cut into small cubes, and put into the bag
  6. Peel one potato, grate on coarse grater, and add to the bag
  7. Peel one onion and grate it into the bag
  8. Add a few finely chopped garlic cloves
  9. Grate cheddar cheese and put it into the bag
  10. Rinse parsley in a bowl of water, finely chop, and add to the bag
  11. Add cream cheese to the bag
  12. Season with sweet paprika, black pepper, and salt
  13. Tie the baking bag and mix all ingredients well
  14. Put the mixture onto an egg carton and cut cheese into cubes
  15. Make indentations in the meat mixture and fill all indentations with cheese
  16. Cover with baking paper and turn over onto the table
  17. Cut into equal pieces
  18. Grease a baking tray lined with baking paper with vegetable oil
  19. Put all the slices in the tray
  20. Bake for 45 minutes at 375°F (190°C) until golden and cooked through
