Creamy Buldak Carbonara Noodles

Ingredients
- 2.000 packets Buldak carbonara noodles
- 2.000 slices Cheddar cheese slices
- 4.000 tbsp Double cream
- 0.500 cup (approx) Mozzarella cheese
- 2.000 stalks (approx) Spring onion
- 1.000 whole Boiled egg
- 4.000 cups (approx) Water
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the 2 packets of Buldak carbonara noodles. Cook for 5 minutes until tender.
- When draining the water, reserve about half a cup of the cooking liquid in the pan with the noodles.
- Add the powder packet and sauce from the Buldak noodles to the pot and mix well with the noodles.
- Add 4 tablespoons of double cream (or milk) and the 2 cheddar cheese slices. Cover the lid and heat on medium until the cheese melts completely, stirring occasionally.
- Mix the melted cheese and cream together, then add the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until combined.
- Top the noodles with chopped spring onion and the boiled egg. Serve hot and enjoy!
